Property Review
The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is reviewing the property it owns at 200 Wilmington Avenue for sale. This property is under a long-term lease to the Anne and Max Tanenbaum Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto (TanenbaumCHAT). TanenbaumCHAT uses the property as a private high school. TanenbaumCHAT has expressed interest in purchasing the property. They have indicated that it is for continued use as a school.
