Elementary Special Education Summer School 2023

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) will be offering summer school for students who are currently enrolled in Developmental Disability, Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Physical Disabilities Intensive Support Programs (ISPs).

Program Focus Description:

These half-day programs will be offered at various locations across the TDSB. A remote program is available for students in Grades 6 to 8. These programs are designed to help students build their independence by engaging in a variety of experiences that focus on functional literacy and numeracy, activities of daily living, communication, and social skills. 


Registration Information:

  • Program Dates and Hours - Monday, July 6 to Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • To apply, please complete and submit an application form accessed through this Registration Link . Applications must be submitted by Friday, April 24, 2026.
  • Once a form is submitted, a time-stamped and recorded confirmation email will be sent.

Please Note:

  • Only students currently enrolled in these programs are eligible for registration .
  • Admission of students is subject to overall registration numbers and staffing availability.
  • Space is limited and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Bus transportation is provided for accepted students, and transportation applications are processed by the sending school.

 

ASD Summer Skills Development Program 2026

The TDSB is pleased to offer a specialized summer learning opportunity for students with autism entering Grades 4–10 in September (currently in Grades 3–9). The program will run half-days from July 6, 2026 to July 30, 2026. There will be online and limited in person classes. 

Please see the parent letter for additional information. Interested parents are asked to fill out this form by Friday, April 17, 2026. Spaces in the program are limited, and enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis.
