Camillo Cipriano joined the Toronto District School Board as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 2026. With nearly 30 years in public education, Camillo was previously the Director of Education and CEO at the Niagara Catholic District School Board, where he has served since 2020 following senior leadership roles at the Halton Catholic District School Board.
During his time in public education, Camillo has created robust organizational leadership culture rooted in high expectations, shared accountability, and an unwavering commitment to student and staff achievement and well-being. Camillo is a champion of programs that support students through literacy and numeracy initiatives, mental health resources, and special education programs.
