Aboriginal Studies Across the Curriculum

Students are introduced to the study of Aboriginal peoples' histories, perspectives and experiences across the curriculum in all grade levels. The approach to program delivery is cross-curricular and includes language arts, social studies, the arts, science, as well as other subject areas. Grades 3 and 6 have specific units of study in the social studies curriculum that incorporate a more substantial amount of educational content related to Aboriginal peoples.
