Secondary CyberARTS

CyberARTS is a four year program that combines traditional art and digital technology with a fast-paced, hands on, approach to learning.

CyberARTS programs focus on building a community of energetic, innovative students who will be able to navigate the ever-changing demands of the future with confidence and ease.The program develops advanced skills in art and design, giving students the opportunity for self-expression as well as innovative thinking skills and problem-solving.

Secondary CyberARTS (Grades 9-12)

Northview Heights Secondary School

In November 2023, students may apply for admission to Grades 9 and 10. Students will be admitted in Grade 10 if space is available.

Don Mills Collegiate Institute

In November 2022, students may apply for admission to Grades 9, 10 and 11. Students will be admitted in Grades 10 and 11 if space is available.

Western Technical and Commercial School

In November 2022, students may apply for admission to Grade 9.

Lakeshore Collegiate Institute

In November 2022, students may apply for admission to Grades 9 and 10. Students will be admitted in Grades 10 if space is available.

Additional optional opportunities include a range of Visual Arts courses, Arts and Culture SHSM and Cyber Coop (2 credit or 4 credit). Cyber Co-op: Students gain valuable experience in Creative Industries that include Film, Graphic Design, Web Design, Medical Illustration and more.

Admissions

Applicants to CyberARTS programs are asked to submit a sample of their own Creative Work as a way of expressing their interest in the CyberARTS program. Creative Work and the Description of Work will not be judged or evaluated.
