Transcripts/Student Records

The Central Transcript Office is not open to public access, we have altered our service to fulfil requests for student information working remotely.

All students studying in Toronto have an Ontario Student Transcript (OST). Transcripts are records of student achievement and are required for post-secondary institutions, employers and for a number of other purposes. All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the Official Student Transcript (OST) for 55 years after the student is demitted. Transcripts are available to all former and current students on request and for a fee.

If you are no longer enrolled in secondary school, please complete a Request for Transcript Form and return to the Central Transcript Office by email or fax along with a VISA or MasterCard number and a copy of your government issued signed photo ID.
