Transcripts/Student Records

The Central Transcript Office is closed to public access. We have altered our service to fulfil requests for student information working remotely.

Transcripts/Student Records

All students studying in Toronto have an Ontario Student Transcript (OST or OSR). Transcripts are records of student achievement and are required for post-secondary institutions, employers and for a number of other purposes. Transcripts are available to all former and current students on request for a fee.

The TDSB has launched a new online request for Ontario Transcripts/Student Records (OTSR) application and integrated online payment system. To submit an online request, click the link and follow the instructions.

Fee Information (as of September 1, 2015)

The fee for a copy of your transcript is $24.00 and $5.00 for each additional copy (Canadian funds only). Accepted online payment options include VISA, MasterCard, or Interac Direct Payment.

Payment is due prior to receipt of transcript/student records and the fee for the search of student information is non-refundable.

If applying to an Ontario college or university through, please request high school transcripts online through their site as part of the application process.
