African Heritage (AH)
Toronto District School Board’s (TDSB) African Heritage Program connects students, from Kindergarten to Grade 8, to the contributions of people of African descent, their histories, cultures and traditions, through inquiry and experiential learning.
International Languages – Elementary (ILE)
Open to all students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, International Language program offers language learning with engaging activities like games and songs. No language background is necessary.
Summer Program- ILE and AH
Our ILE summer program combines language & culture learning with engaging activities like games, songs, dance, storytelling, and writing. No language background knowledge is necessary. Afternoon culture programs, run by community groups, are also available at a number of our sites.
Our AH summer program connects students to the contributions of people of African descent, their histories, cultures and traditions, through inquiry and experiential learning.
