Scarborough Centre for Employment Accessibility (SCEA)

The Scarborough Centre for Employment Accessibility (SCEA) is a fully accessible, drop-in employment resource centre to assist job ready individuals to prepare for employment or self-employment. 

SCEA is open to all job seekers, including people with a disability, who are unemployed or under-employed, newcomers, Ontario Works, ODSP recipients, youth and adults. We offer access to a variety of specialized employment-related information, equipment, self-help resources, materials and tools. All of our services are free. 

Workshops and Special Events

October 18 - Coping with Financial Stress:
Learn how to work towards financial freedom with strategies to put an end to financial stress and worry.


In addition to our regular Microsoft application classes for MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint, we regularly offer numerous specialized FREE tutorials/workshops (to name a few: resume/cover letter writing, interview skills, positive thinking, coping with disabilities, employment group sessions, etc), to assist you in conducting a successful work search.
