Springing into Climate Action

Thursday, May 22nd 4-5pm ET

Looking for inspiration to spring into climate action? Join us to explore the growth in Climate Change Education that has been cultivated through the annual TDSB’s Climate Camp for K-12 Teachers. Maria Vamvalis, a member of the Camp organizing team, introduces the innovative approach taken at this immersive professional learning experience, and teachers Maria Bettas-Protopapas, Trish Babits and Nasreen Khan share how they have transformed their learning into age-appropriate CCE experiences for their students. This is an excellent introduction for those interested in bringing climate action into their own classrooms this spring, and for TDSB teachers interested in joining in Climate Camp 2025 (spots are still available!)

Please register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
