The Extended Day Program is legislated to be a fee-for-service program paid for directly by parents on a cost recovery basis.
Please note that the Extended Day Program is a school board directly operated program and not a licensed child care program. The Extended Day Program does not participate in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System, which is only available to licensed child care programs. Families who require fee assistance should visit the City of Toronto website or call 311 to learn more about fee subsidy.
Program Fees That Are Effective April 1, 2026:
Effective April 1, 2026, the Extended Day Program fees have been changed to $41.00 per day on instructional days and $64.00 per day on non-instructional days. Payments will be collected through Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) on a semi-monthly basis, scheduled for the 1st and 15th of each month. If a scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.

Method of Payment
Fees for the Extended Day Program will be collected through direct debit. Your monthly fee is due on the 1st and the 15th of each month.
