Health & Safety Issue Details	During my inspection (10am-2pm), one door to this entrance/exit was propped open and the interior doors were unlocked. Although a screening station existed, it was not staffed and there was no posted Visitots Please report to Main Office 144" (like at exit 14) sign or directional arrows indicating the location of the Main Office.
