Health & Safety Issue Details	This mosaic is of only 6 of the rooms where wires on the floor were noticed.Wires on the floor, even those temporarily so, need to be protected with PROPER covers to prevent slip, trip, and possible shock, hazards.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Whole staff sent a message via email to use proper covers to protect wires to prevent trip hazards.
