Health & Safety Issue Details	With no service date, Carbon monoxide detectors has to be serviced/calibrated yearly. Have it always done before winter season annually for optimum performance. CO detectors need to detect abnormal release of this gas. For reference, in caretaking handbook Section F-5, GU.FAC.044 Spills and Leaks under Carbon Monoxide.
