Health & Safety Issue Details	The Library is being used as the place where teachers have lunch. Please place a sign indicating the occupancy limits on the door.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Notified all staff regarding requirements for displaying artwork and other student work. What is the occupancy limit for the library - how do we find that out? Once we have this information we can create a sign.
