Health & Safety Issue Details	The nosing fronts, of these stair treads, have separated from the terrazzo inlay. This is causing the stairs to change size from the original design. The size of the change is enough to be a trip hazard in this stair case. Removing the dirt, and built-up floor finishing materials, from between the steel and the stone, would allow the faces to be pushed back into their proper positions.
