Whether the contribution, memory, or legacy of a student or staff member is being honoured, creating a commemorative or memorial plaque is a way to highlight their importance to the broader community. A memorial can be many things. It may consist of installing a plaque, log bench, planting a tree, or making a contribution to the library inside of the school.
