Health & Safety Issue Details	Air Handling Unit for Library was offline and on auto(BAS). Switch to hand and is operable. I wasnt sure if it is a BAS issue or was schedule(BAS) to be offline during the day. AHU should be online all times during the day to mitigate the spread of Covid 19.
