Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	At Exit 1 on the second floor by rooms 12, 13, 14, the doors have combustibles affixed to them and the stairwell leading up has combustibles on the walls. These are Fire Code violations. Fire breaks (doors, windows, and stairwells) cannot have combustibles affixed to them according to the Fire Code.
