Health & Safety Issue Details	It appears as though the phone is not working. I was unable to get a dial tone from it. Perhaps there's some trick" to getting a dial tone? The phone style is one that is unfamiliar to me. But still when a phone is lifted from the switch-hook there should be a dial tone in the receiver. Ã¢â‚¬Å“
