Health & Safety Issue Details	Carpet frayed behind teacher's desk. Although this room is currently only serving as the wellness/isolation" room it's usage may change soon. Of course the simple fix for the carpet is to tape it. See photoÃ¢â‚¬

Corrective Action Taken	I would love to have carpet removed. I have been asking since I started in APril 2021 to have all classroom carpets removed.
