Health & Safety Issue Details	Carpet torn and frayed. Caretaker mentioned that measurements were taken and the carpet is to be changed in March 2022

Corrective Action Taken	Carpets in open areas to be removed and replaced with tiling on 3rd and 4th floors of the building during March break (to my knowledge).
