Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There does not appear to be a phone in this room. Former Caretaker had previously written that a phone wasn't required because Caretaker's carry 2-way radios with them. While that is true, it's irrelevant to the hazard because Trades and H&S inspectors who enter the room do not carry 2-ways with them. It's a requirement in all mech/fan rooms for there to be a means to contact the main office (be it via a call button or phone).

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Notification # 13772338 for electronics to put a new phone.
