Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cords daisy chained with power bars and being used as permanent wiring.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	I talk to the Teacher in room 116 and told me that the extension cord is expensive and that the only source to use it for projector.
