Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring for display lights hanging on overhead lights. Also the cord is a potential trip hazard. Two solutions: teacher unplugs cord at the end of each day; and use a wire trough throughout the day.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Teacher is already unplugging lights daily and they are rarely plugged in, Cord trough ordered.
