Health & Safety Issue Details	Room 131 seems to now be combined with Room 133. Extension cord used as permanent wiring at LCD projector. Also the cord is a potential trip hazard. Two solutions: teacher unplugs cord at the end of each day; and use a wire trough throughout the day. See photo
