Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Phone not working by the music room main breakers. This may or may not be an issue, since there's a phone a few feet away at the other entrance/exit (328). But having said that, if there's a phone it should be working or removed.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
