Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord is being used as permanent wiring at battery charger---even after battery has been charged. Simplest solution is to just unplug it when not charging.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Remove the extension cord as there is an outlet close by the autoscrubber. Will talk to Caretaking staff to not use extension cord
