Health & Safety Issue Details	The room is noted as 204 on our maps but labeled 218 on the door. Extension cord is being used to power the microwave. Extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring. Unless an extra outlet is installed, and one which is close to the microwave, the only solution would be to unplug the extension after each use.
