Health & Safety Issue Details	Teacher was in room with three students, itinerant teacher mentioned did not have another location in the school. Did not observe Wellness sign on the door. PPE however, was present.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for Wellness Room as outlined in the Operational Guidelines for Elementary and Secondary schools.
Corrective Action Taken	Wellness sign is on door, just wasn't visible when opened. Teacher placed themselves in the room temporarily as to avoid an incident that had taken place prior. Guidelines discussed with the teacher.
