Health & Safety Issue Details	water leaking from ceiling behind radiator, water pooling on floor of washroom.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	The water pooling in the washroom that's located in the surveillance room only happened on a mild day after the big snow storm. This is due to excessive amounts of snow melting along the foundation wall and seeping into the building. We thought it might have been a leaking pipe but after the temperature dropped to -10 or lower, this water stopped entering the area and came to the conclusion that it's melted snow. There is nothing we can do about this and so there isn't a notification for it.
