Health & Safety Issue Details	fire doors in hallway are NOT to be propped open please remove door wedges and keep doors closed . this is a fire regulation .

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor to remind staff that this is a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	Caretaker will stop propping doors opens and will unprop any doors that staff may prop throughout the day.
