Health & Safety Issue Details	Although Caretakers and Trades persons may have a radio or cell phone on their person when entering high risk areas" such as a boiler room if these communication devices fail for whatever reason there needs to be a working internal phone system in place. There is a phone in the Annex boiler room---however there does not appear to be a dial tone. Ã¢â‚¬Å“
