Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring at LCD projector. Unless an electrical drop is added to the room, the extension cord should be unplugged at the end of each day. As well, the extension cord, if it will remain, will need a wire trough to prevent a trip hazard. See photo.
