Health & Safety Issue Details	No exit sign posted in boiler room. Two doors within boiler room. Emergency access unclear even upon exiting boiler room.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	Reminder email sent to Caretaking to follow up. Yellow signs installed in each exit/entrance door
