Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Numerous floor tiles damaged in hallway outside of rooms 14, 15, etc. Head Caretaker has put in notifications for this over the years but these notifications have not generated a work order to date. We're hoping that by generating a new notification it might expedite the work getting started on the floor.
