Health & Safety Issue Details	Also used for a French Office as there is no other room for the French Teacher to use for an office.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	I talked to principal about this problem. We will work to resolve the problem.
