Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring at LCD projector. As well, if the extension is being used throughout the day, it will require a wire trough to minimize the potential for a trip hazard. Regardless though, the extension cord will need to be unplugged at the end of each work day unless an electrical drop is installed at the projector.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
