Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring for HEPA unit. Because of the lack of outlets in the room, there are a few other options: 1 - move the HEPA unit beside the outlet (which is do-able); 2 - unplug the extension cord each day after work.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
