Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	In looking back over past reports, it appears as though the October 2021 inspection may have been overlooked. There doesn't appear to be any action taken for the hazards noted. As well, there was a question asked about one of the hazards noted on the December 2021 inspection. The Inspector noted a hazard in room 227". The school does not have a room 227. The section for December to be inspected includes rooms 14 15 17 and 16----all on the second floor. These room numbers are directly from the maps we use. It's possible that the school refers to those rooms as 214 215 217 and 216. And they may even be numbered on the doors as such. However I have to presume that the Inspector meant room 17 (or 217) and not "217". Hopefully that helps. Thanks. "
