Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	I believe that it's the north mechanical room. The phone at the very back of the room is detached from the wall and currently lying in the space between the stairs and fan unit.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
