Health & Safety Issue Details	Multiport in use over by tablet charging box - see photo. Multiports should never be used since they can overload circuits. Considering there's only two items plugged into the multiport, those two items can be plugged directly into the receptacle instead.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Staff member has removed the multiport, and is using the outlet.
