Health & Safety Issue Details	Unable to detect dial tone or to contact the office via wall phone (result was fast busy signal).

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	action took was turning the volume up on the hand held, dial tone was easily detected.
