Health & Safety Issue Details	Unlike the 3 other Mechanical Rooms in the building, this room is missing a phone to contact office - yet, a phone jack is present.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
