Health & Safety Issue Details	Old caretaking room that holds chemicals, key box and alarm panel is being used as a makeshift classroom. cardboard boxes used to cover chemicals and equipment.

Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The TDSB Housekeeping Memo outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Room is being used for caretaking supplies for lower floor. Also alarm keypad and key box are fixed fixtures so door to room should remain locked throughout the day.Health and Safety stated not suitable to be used for teaching staff and children.
