Corrective Action Taken	NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AS ANDO DID NOT ACTUALLY GO INTO THE BOILER ROOM TO FIND A TRIP HAZARD. I DID NOT GIVE HIM ACCESS NOR DID ANYONE FROM THE OFFICE.
