Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	This is a daycare room. The staff in the room explained to the inspector that they were using the cord and that it would be removed when they were finished working. When in room 7 this morning, there was no evidence of any extension cord.
