Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Room 212 is a space used by the Strides Program. I spoke with the Lead Teacher. Doors and Windows are clear of artwork and hanging art display is being taken down and art sent home.
