Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The TDSB Housekeeping Memo outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	A yellow label of fire alarm sticker has always been present next to the entrance on wall while the health and safety inspector did not notice its location. So the inspector did not see it and counted as not present.
