Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Room 206 has been divided into two rooms one is now the computer room the other 206 where the pa speaker is located. Not possible to hook up additional PA.
