Health & Safety Issue Details	PA speaker on wall, evidence of wiring /previous ability to contact office; potential hazard if without other means of communication- see photo

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	PA system has been checked. Additional signs with phone # put up at exit doors.
